Friendly and welcoming staff who are super nice and go out of their way to make you feel at home 😊.

The setting was wonderful, right by lake Bohinj and the Julian Alps, the lake directly through the field, and great restaurants. Deluxe apartment with nice view, nice balcony, for instance was ready when we arrived. Overall the service was terrific.

We arrived and could choose from two rooms, of which the second one was way better than the first. For that price, we got a very big room with a big (sleeping)sofa, little kitchen, little bathroom, table for 4 persons. Nice and tidy place, fantastic location next to the mountains. We had a very good (and rather cheap!) dinner in the restaurant connected to the Residence. Allover, a very good stay there! Very friendly hotel owners as well.

We had a private kitchen, but very limited kitchen equipment. However, this is only a small remark.

The location is fantastic, close to great restaurants, the village center, and surrounded by beautiful nature. the deluxe apartment was spacious and brand new, which we really enjoyed.

The surroundings :) Hotel is decent and clean, which is important.

Very helpful and attentive staff on reception and elsewhere. A balcony and a sofa available in the apartment. Amazing private bathroom.

A Newly renovated unit for a one-night stay only, but it was amazing! 😊 We were impressed with the spaciousness and the balcony it offered.

The location is great, peaceful and easy to find. The Bohinj lake is only about 15 minutes away.

Incredible location, magnificent views on the lake and incredibly nice staff. Newly renovated room, exceptionally comfortable bed, free parking. Plenty of food in the hotel, in-house restaurant: )

The hotel is good value for money, particularly the lake view rooms. If you are out most of the day doing activities it is a good choice as the view is nice to come back to and the outdated decor won't matter too much at all. They have wifi in the hotel which was good, but it didn't reach to our room. I'm not sure if that is the case with all the rooms. The rooms are spacious.

It was good value for money, you get what you pay for. If you are after something basic to use as a base, this is a good choice.

There is nothing special about the room. It had a third sofabed, which can be useful. price is cheap.

There was no lake view from the last room in the corridor. The room&breakfast were basic.

The apartment with lake views was lovely. the location was amazing and convenient for exploring. the in-house restaurant offered simple food and drinks at very reasonable prices.

The location is good and the prices are adequate unless you visit the restaurant, the staff was very friendly and willing to help

The impression of this hotel is that everything is used since the 70ties when most probably this hotel was built in former Yugoslavia. If you are not prepared that refrigerator door can hang on just 1 hinge don't book this :) NEVER order the breakfast (for additional fee) - you will find dirty tables and search yourself for utensils etc. Also in the evening the friendly waiter doesn't mean that much if he wears dirty polo shirt...

Very cheap accomodation. Friendly staff. Magnificent view from the window in the morning. Very well equiped kitchen. Free parking.

No elevator. Old furnitures. The shower curtain.
